Classic personnel provision
With the help of our classic personnel provision, you maintain flexibility through our targeted personnel planning and stabilize your fixed personnel costs. Our employees* work for you and on your behalf, but are employed by us.
We take on the role of employer and bear the risk of absenteeism. Only the hours actually worked are invoiced. Our classic personnel provision is particularly suitable for temporary assignments to cover order peaks as well as for short-term fluctuating personnel requirements or for projects.

Personnel call-off
Once a year, a personnel call-off agreement is concluded, in which it is recorded which personnel with which qualifications you need at short notice during the year. When a certain annual turnover is reached, the hourly rate per billed hour is reduced.
The discount will be applied after the turnover has been achieved in the following month. We clarify the conditions and prices in advance, which means that you can call on the staff at any time at the agreed conditions. Within a very short time, we will then provide you with the employees*.

With our “Personal All-in” you are guaranteed a complete service.
We take on all tasks that affect your external personnel and also act as an interface between you and other suppliers in this context.
This means that you are only in contact with a single personnel service provider who takes care of all your personnel concerns .

TEST - ADOPT
The functionality of Testing – Takeover is the same as in classic personnel provision, but here it is agreed in advance whether there is the possibility of taking on the employee.
As a result of this early agreement, the employee can be taken on by the customer in his permanent staff after twelve months at the earliest without further costs by means of an additional fee. If this agreement is not made in advance, the takeover by the customer must first be agreed separately.

Payroll
In contrast to classic personnel provision, the employees* in our payroll service are recruited by you yourself. According to your experience, you select the personnel who are suitable for cooperation. However, this will not be employed directly by you, but will be handed over to us as a “payroller”.
We act as an employer for the duration of employment and cover all wage payments incurred, including insurance and ancillary costs.
