Once a year, a personnel call-off agreement is concluded, in which it is recorded which personnel with which qualifications you need at short notice during the year.
When a certain annual turnover is reached, the hourly rate per billed hour is reduced. The discount will be applied after the turnover has been achieved in the following month. We clarify the conditions and prices in advance , which means that you can call on the staff at any time at the agreed conditions.
