In contrast to classic personnel provision, the employees* in our payroll service are recruited by you yourself.
According to your experience, you select the personnel who are suitable for cooperation. However, this will not be employed directly by you, but will be handed over to us as a “payroller”. We act as an employer for the duration of employment and cover all wage payments incurred, including insurance and ancillary costs.
Depending on the contractual agreement, billing takes place at the end of a month, a year or at the end of a project. As an actual employer, we as “payrollers” have the duty to comply with all legal provisions .
