The functionality of Testing – Takeover is the same as in classic personnel provisioning, but here it is agreed in advance whether there is the possibility of taking on the employee*.
As a result of this early agreement, the employee can be taken on by the customer in his permanent staff after twelve months at the earliest without further costs by means of an additional fee.
If this agreement is not made in advance, the takeover by the customer must first be agreed separately.
