You are sociable, like to go out of yourself and can put yourself in your customers’ shoes
You have a sporty appearance
You speak business-fluent German and have good rhetoric and pronunciation
You enjoy looking after customers and have sales talent
You are interested in the telecommunications industry as well as in digitization
In addition, you will enjoy telephone customer service as well as in the virtual room

Your tasks

Competent and friendly enthusiasm, advice and support for customers in the A1 Shop
Active approach and contact with new private customers
Delve into the A1 product world and further development in digitization
In customer discussions, you will recognize the needs of existing or future A1 customers and find the right solutions
Optimal presentation of the sales area and A1 products
