Your profile

You have completed an apprenticeship as a mechanical and/or metal technician or agricultural machinery mechanic or in a comparable field.
Ideally, you already have some professional experience in the maintenance and repair of production plants. Good welding skills as well as initial experience in the field of hydraulics and pneumatics are an advantage.
A good technical understanding and the ability to work precisely and carefully are essential for us.
You enjoy working in a team, are solution-oriented and attach great importance to constructive cooperation. We require a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
You have a very good knowledge of German to ensure smooth communication and are willing to work in shifts (3 shifts).

Your tasks

You will be part of our teams in the mechanical on-site workshop and will be responsible for the quick and effective rectification of malfunctions in our production facilities.
They carry out regular maintenance work and optimize the equipment to ensure smooth production.
They are responsible for repair work and take preventive maintenance measures on the sawmill’s equipment.
Close cooperation and direct coordination with colleagues from maintenance and production personnel are a matter of course for you.
In addition, you will ensure order and cleanliness in your work area and actively contribute to compliance with occupational safety regulations.

Weekly working hours of 38 hours
For this position, we offer you a starting salary of around EUR 3,000.00 gross (including allowances, excl. special payments and overtime) as part of a full-time position.
