- Completed apprenticeship as a locksmith or similar (e.g. agricultural machinery technician,
metal technician, mechanical engineering, plant technician, etc.) - Good knowledge of German (at least level B1)
- Independent and structured way of working, as well as teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics desirable
- Cross-divisional, quality-conscious and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Flexibility, reliability and commitment
- Forklift and crane licence is an advantage

- Maintenance, repair of operating systems
- Troubleshooting, repair and troubleshooting
- Ongoing optimizations and improvements of the production facilities and
Production processes in cooperation with the divisional managers - Accurate and timely execution of the work
- Clear communication and close cooperation with all internal departments
