For a large pharmaceutical company in Leopoldsdorf, we are looking for a dispatcher who reliably controls the processes in the warehouse and shipping. They take care of the acceptance, storage and on-time delivery of the products. If you are organized and a team player, you have come to the right place.
Your profile
Completed commercial training or similar qualification
Several years of experience in customer service, scheduling or comparable functions
Sound knowledge of SAP MM, WM and eWM
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Strong communication skills and high reliability
Solution-oriented way of working and very good written and spoken German skills
Your tasks
Customer service and processing of inquiries and complaints
Testing, picking and timely dispatch of medicines
Administrative tasks including archiving and documentation
Processing of customer concerns and complaints
Maintain and manage customer data according to internal standards (SOP)
Our offer
Gross salary of €3,000 (full-time 38.5 hours/week)
Working hours: Flexitime model by arrangement
