Your profile
- You have completed training as an electrical engineer, mechanical engineer or in a comparable technical field.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in the power plant and/or energy sector of an industrial company.
- In addition, you have completed training as a steam boiler and turbine operator or operating or power plant operator or are prepared to acquire these qualifications at short notice.
- They are willing to work in a 5-shift model – i.e. on weekends and holidays – and also in the long term.
- Your profile will be rounded off by good IT user skills and very good German language skills.
Your tasks
- They are gradually trained on the individual plants and, after an appropriate training phase, take over the operation of the fluidized bed boiler, the gas and steam turbine plants and the sewage treatment plant.
- As part of an experienced team, you will be responsible for operational monitoring on site and in the control center.
- In addition, you will regularly conduct tours including documentation of operational events.
- In the event of malfunctions, you will support the rapid identification and rectification of the problems and will be involved in the preparation of damage and failure reports.
- In addition, you will ensure order and cleanliness as well as compliance with occupational safety measures in your area.

- Weekly working hours of 36 hours
- The average monthly gross salary is around EUR 3,500, including allowances. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment can be expected.
