Your profile

You have an interest in business administration and knowledge of duty rostering
You have several years of professional experience in the hospitality sector (gastronomy, system catering or the hotel industry)
You are a team player with a hands-on mentality
You are fit in the back office (POS & reservation system, office programs, understanding of technology)
You are a host with a passion for really good food and absolute guest focus!

Your tasks

Leadership, motivation and development of your team (approx. 40 employees in the kitchen and service)
Business responsibility and organisation of your branch’s processes
Duty rostering and general planning
Training and development of your team
Managing daily business and ensuring a consistent customer experience
Implementation of system catering standards in compliance with the company philosophy
