Completed skilled worker training in the automotive industry: Master craftsman training is an advantage; In any case, several years of professional experience are absolutely necessary
You can deal with customers and employees from a wide range of areas and language areas
You have a high level of integrity and are a positive role model for employees and colleagues

Your tasks

You will lead, guide and motivate our growing workshop team
They ensure that workshop operations run smoothly
You will be responsible for service, repair and maintenance appointments for customer vehicles
You will be responsible for the deployment and vacation planning of the workshop employees
You will coordinate and organize the daily process within the workshop
They are the interface between customer service, service management, the warehouse and your department
