Your profile

  • Technology affinity, knowledge of products and solutions in the business area (IP solutions incl. Cisco, special PABX solutions incl. HCS or similar products, transmission and cashless payment products). ICT Level II and Microsoft Certification or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Ability to learn, commitment and resilience, flexibility
  • First experience in consulting and sales, enjoyment of dealing with people
  • Suitability for heights (e.g. working at a height of several metres on a case-by-case basis)
  • Driving licence B

Your tasks

  • Fulfilment of customer orders competently, on time and economically (quality at a high level – customer is in the foreground)
  • Problem solver or fulfilment of customer wishes, responsible for customer loyalty and customer satisfaction
  • Customer service according to the corporate values of A1 Telekom Austria
  • Value-oriented behavior for sustainable success
