Your profile

Several years of professional experience in the field of IT systems technology, ideally in a manufacturing company.
In-depth knowledge of the planning and support of complex IT infrastructures.
Experience in managing IT projects and implementing IT security strategies.
Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and strong communication skills.
Proactive and solution-oriented way of working with the ability to effectively document and further develop complex IT systems
Network and infrastructure
Operating systems: Windows Server, Windows Clients
Virtualization: VMware vSphere
Backup Solutions: Veeam Backup & Replication
Cloud services: Microsoft Azure, Office 365
Databases: Microsoft SQL Server

Your tasks

Strategic IT planning: Development and implementation of IT strategies to support production and the achievement of business goals.
Ensuring the integration and efficiency of our IT systems in the production environment.
System and network architecture: Responsibility for the planning and further development of our IT systems and networks in operation.
IT security: Implementation and monitoring of security solutions, conducting regular security audits and protecting our IT infrastructure, as well as our production data, in close cooperation with our IT service providers.
Project management: Management of IT projects, in particular for digitization, automation and safeguarding of our production processes.
Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation to ensure optimal use, maintenance and further development.
Resource management: Planning and controlling resource usage and deployment of IT hardware.
Collaboration and consulting: Working closely with management and the various production departments to understand and implement their IT requirements.

According to the collective agreement, the salary for the position as Head of IT Systems Technology is € 3299.32 gross/month on the basis of 38.5 hours. Overpayment depending on qualifications and experience goes without saying.
