Your profile
- Completed training in a technical profession
- Ideally, previous knowledge of automation technology
- Production experience and initial management responsibility are an advantage
- Quick comprehension and flexibility
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Sufficient knowledge of German to understand the work instructions
- Willingness to work shifts
Your tasks
- Support of shift management for smooth production processes
- Equipping complex filling systems for food packaging
- Support of the plant operators in troubleshooting
- Deputy shift manager during vacation time
