Your profile

You have completed an apprenticeship, preferably in a technical and/or manual profession.
Ideally, you have initial professional experience in the sawmill industry and a good technical understanding.
You are willing to work in shifts (2 and 3 shifts) and to do so in the long term.
You have a forklift and crane licence or are willing to obtain it.
Good knowledge of written and spoken German

Your tasks

In this position, you will independently operate our production facilities for the production, sorting and packaging of sawn timber.
After a certain training phase, you will monitor the entire production process, in particular you will set defined parameters, eliminate deviations and provide support in the event of malfunctions.
You will be responsible for compliance with production and quality specifications and ensure the continuous development of production processes to improve plant availability.
In addition, you will ensure order and cleanliness and be responsible for compliance with occupational safety regulations.

For this position, you can expect a starting salary of around EUR 3,000.00 gross (incl. allowances, excl. special payments and overtime) over the course of a 38-hour week
