Your profile

Completed apprenticeship (technical apprenticeship is an advantage)
Willingness to work shifts (3-shift operation)
Good knowledge of German, forklift license is an advantage
No sensitivity to smells

Your tasks

Start-up and shutdown of the production plant
Ensuring plant availability in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Ensuring the required finished product qualities
Documentation and evaluation of plant data for the optimization of the plant
Assistance with operationally necessary repairs and maintenance measures

Performance-related remuneration, gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2,797.00 (incl. SEG) on the basis of 38.5 hours per week. In addition, there are attractive shift bonuses amounting to an average of EUR 150.00 for regular 3 shifts. Depending on your qualifications and previous professional experience, we are happy to adjust the gross monthly salary on a collective basis. In a personal meeting, we will inform you about our options for overpayment, your further development, as well as our additional benefits (e.g. semi-annual performance bonus).
