Your profile

  • You have experience in key account management and a strong interest in AKÜ
  • You are motivated by the sale of personnel services
  • You have already gained professional experience in personnel selection and employee management
  • You enjoy interacting with people in the commercial and industrial sectors
  • You work independently, in a structured, service-oriented manner and efficiently even under time pressure
  • You have confident MS Office skills

Your tasks

  • You will look after our long-standing customers from trade and industry in our field of temporary employment
  • You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for your customers, including ad management, the development of search strategies and the implementation of various personnel selection processes
  • You will submit applicant proposals to customers and be in constant exchange with them
  • You also identify and acquire new customers
