Your profile
- Joy in sales! We understand this to mean the joy of closing a deal, the positive customer feedback when you have chosen the right employee or the joy of having found a beneficial solution for the customer.
- Enjoyment of dealing with applicants, personnel selection and managing employees
- Experience in sales of personnel services and/or B2B sales is desirable
- Career changers with a strong service orientation are also welcome
- A completed apprenticeship
Your tasks
- Support and retention of existing customers
- Customer acquisition and building long-term customer relationships with the support of our telemarketing
- Filling vacancies and developing solutions that offer real value to the customer
- Search and selection of employees
- Scheduling, support and management of employees
- Personnel marketing
