Your profile
- You have completed an apprenticeship, preferably in a technical and/or manual profession and are willing to train as a paper technician in the medium term.
- Ideally, you have initial professional experience in an industrial environment and a good technical understanding.
- They are willing to work in 5 shifts – i.e. on weekends and holidays – and also in the long term.
- You have a forklift and crane licence or the willingness to obtain it.
- Your profile will be rounded off by a very good knowledge of German and a high level of reliability.
Your tasks
- After extensive training, you will take over the operation, control and monitoring of plant components of the newly converted paper production plant for the production of kraft paper of the STARKRAFT brand.
- They ensure a continuous production flow and support routine, cleaning and repair work.
- You will actively participate in the ongoing improvement of work processes and methods.
- In addition, you will always keep your work area neat and clean and responsible for compliance with regulations and internal rules.
- The occasional assumption of internal representation tasks rounds off your field of activity.

- For this position, you can expect an average monthly gross salary of EUR 2,850.00 over the course of a 36-hour week (incl. allowances, excl. Sunday and holiday bonuses, special payments and overtime)
