Your profile

We are looking for people with a completed technical education (HTL, FH or comparable), ideally with a focus on electronics, plastics or metal.
Ideally, you also have 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of SMT production.
You have very good written and spoken German and good English skills.
You are characterized by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
Strong communication skills and a confident handling of MS Office round off your profile

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the technical support of SMT production lines including SPI, AOI & X-Ray controls.
You will be responsible for monitoring process key figures, including active intervention in the event of deviations.
They support maintenance as downstream 2nd-level support in the event of a malfunction.
You will take care of the continuous improvement of the process key figures.
Ensuring line process capability and supervising sample runs will also be part of your tasks.
You will work in project teams and sub-project management in production.
You will prepare working documents and conduct employee training.
