Your profile

Completed vocational training (LAP)
Professional experience and technical understanding of production equipment required
Initial experience in personnel management is an advantage
High level of quality, safety and responsibility awareness
Good time management and flexibility
Communicative, motivating and team-oriented personality
Experience with MS Office
Joy in dealing with people
Good knowledge of German
Forklift license required

Your tasks

Monitoring of the entire production process and the specified material flow
Personnel coordination and deployment planning
Ensuring compliance with specified qualitative and quantitative targets
Guarantee of existing quality guidelines
Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety requirements, including all instructions
Training of new employees
Keeping shift reports
Close cooperation with other specialist departments
Working in 4-shift operation
