Your profile

Completed training, ideally as a food technologist or technical background
First practical experience as a shift supervisor or in the management of teams
Willingness to work in 2-shift operation
Technical understanding and handling of common IT programs
Quality and hygiene awareness
Ability to work in a team, flexibility and leadership responsibility
Good knowledge of written and spoken German
Hands-On Mentality

Your tasks

Assignment and support of employees on the production lines
Responsible for the control and monitoring of production and work processes
Cooperation with human resources management and production management
Participation in process optimization
Implementation of HACCP and IFS guidelines (hygiene) and safety regulations
Instruction of employees
