Your profile

Enthusiasm for customer service and enjoyment of telephoning
Temporal flexibility and stress resistance
Experience in customer service and sales is an advantage, but talented career changers are also welcome
Fluent in German and good IT skills
Passion for sales
Interest in telecommunications and basic technical understanding

Your tasks

Telephone customer advice on topics such as tariffs, invoices, devices and technical concerns of A1’s private customers
Ensuring customer satisfaction and assessing needs in the consultation
Sale of the A1 product range in the course of the consultation
Documentation of all activities to ensure the A1 quality guidelines

Our offer

One-month paid full-time training in a modern office in Vienna’s 22nd district
Modern office in the 22nd district of Vienna with good public transport connections (U1 Kaisermühlen)
Possibility of part-time and home office after completing school enrolment
An employment relationship of 20 – 40 hours per week with flexible working hours between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. from Monday to Sunday
Starting salary of € 1,696.70 gross / month for full-time employment or correspondingly more if previous periods of service can be credited (service references)
Lucrative commission model through additional sales
